Concord, NH (PRWEB) June 16, 2010

Looking for some summer fun the whole family will enjoy but wont break the bank? Waterville Valley Resort has announced its new all-inclusive Summer Unlimited package from now to Columbus Day, visitors who stay at Waterville Valley pay one fee to enjoy a wide range of activities. In June, prices start at $ 37 per person for a family of four.

Families love the Summer Unlimited package because it means the kids dont have to come running to Mom and Dad every time they want to do something, says Jim Wefers, of the Resort Association. Of course, Mom and Dad like not having to pull out their wallets every time!

The Summer Unlimited package includes:

Two hours of mountain biking daily. With 100 miles of hiking and bike trails, Waterville Valley offers miles of riding to fit every taste, from flat and easy paths to down-and-dirty backwoods trails for experienced mountain bikers. Welcome to Waterville Valley

Once visitors arrive, they often head to Town Square and the adjacent Corcorans Pond. This is the hub of activity in Waterville Valley with shopping, dining and both outdoor and rainy day fun.

The Town of Waterville Valley Recreation Department offers plenty to do at Corcorans Pond during the summer months and nearly all of it is included in the Summer Unlimited Package. Want to take a quick dip? Bring the beach chairs and enjoy the afternoon by the water. Rent a pedal boat or practice your rowing skills in a canoe or kayak. The Summer Unlimited pass gives guests a one-hour rental per person per day. During your stay, keep an eye on the Recreation Department schedule for special events and cook-outs at the pond.

Also located in Town Square is the Margret & H.A. Rey Center, dedicated to the authors of the beloved childrens book, Curious George. The center promotes both the arts and sciences, featuring reading, art, nature and astronomy seminars. Use the Summer Unlimited pass for a little quiet time with the kids. The Margret & H.A. Rey Center hosts a Curious George storytelling every Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., where parents and children can curl up and listen to the classic story of that mischievous monkey.

A few doors down from the Rey Center is I Dream of Beading, a bead store that offers free jewelry making classes to Summer Unlimited pass holders. I Dream of Beading will help you create your own beaded bracelet, necklace or anklet and provide the wire and closure. Beads and clasp are not included, but you can make up to one piece per person each day of your stay.

Seek Adventure

Located in the heart of the White Mountain National Forest, Waterville Valley is surrounded by 100 miles of trails, many of which have been there for more than 100 years. Visitors can use their Summer Unlimited pass for a two-hour mountain bike rental from the Adventure Center in Town Square. The Center not only adjusts all bike rentals for comfort and safety, but can guide riders to the trails that best suit their mood.

If youre looking to kick up your mountain biking experience a notch, break out your Summer Unlimited pass again for a ride up the Snows Mountain Chair Lift at the Waterville Valley Ski area. On the way up, enjoy fantastic views of the White Mountain National Forest. On the way down, challenge yourself on the steep trails or enjoy a steady decline on one of the beginner trails.

Of course the Snows Mountain Chair Lift isnt just for mountain bikers. Visitors using their Summer Unlimited ride to the top can also take the lift back down or hike to the bottom. Its up to you.
