Choyce Peterson Negotiates New Lease for Robert H. Schaffer & Associates; Conducts Extensive Search of Stamford Commercial Real Estate

Stamford, CT (PRWEB) June 29, 2010

Choyce Peterson, Inc. (http://www.choycepeterson.com), a commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, today announced the successful completion of office-space lease negotiations on behalf of Robert H. Schaffer & Associates (RHSA, http://www.rhsa.com), a management consultant and leader in business development for 50 years. The new 7,651-square-foot office at 707 Summer Street in Stamford was selected after visiting available space in 12 different buildings during four tours of the city. It will support more than 25 employees and consultants.

Choyce Peterson assisted RHSA with its comprehensive requirements for a new headquarters including as much natural light as possible with lots of windows, modern high-end facilities, built-out space to reduce tenant improvement costs, and ample parking within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The 707 Summer Street location is newly renovated with a spacious lobby, concierge and covered parking.

Mr. Hannigan, Principal of Choyce Peterson, said, "Our sole aim is to satisfy our clients, and we admire RHSA because they knew what they wanted and were willing to embrace the process to get it. Their professional approach -- including review and analysis of the critical data points we outlined in proposals and counterproposals at a number of locations -- will give them peace of mind about their final selection as the best site for their company's needs."

Matthew McCreight, Managing Partner of RHSA, added, "Choyce Peterson was a wonderful choice for a commercial real estate broker. They were invaluable partners throughout our search, decision and move - I recommend them highly to anyone considering relocating."

Mr. Hannigan especially praised RHSA's focus on built-out space. He was able to pursue free rent and extract several concessions from the landlord during the negotiating process because the standard costs for tenant modifications were minimized.

He concluded, "We encourage area companies to conduct the lease renewal versus relocation process with the same thoroughness as RHSA. Their approach speaks volumes about their knowledge of business processes for their own clients."
